What we are working on
Training housing officers
We are piloting 'neighbourhood awareness training' for housing staff, to equip them to refer tenants to local services — for example, employment support.
Contributing to Westminster City Council Housing Strategy
We regularly feed local housing related issues and resident's opinions to senior managers at the Council.
Developing housing information resources
We are supporting the Council with its development of housing information leaflets — for example, leaflets about the Cash Incentive Scheme and increasing the chance of receiving housing advice.
